Craft Victoria and Readings State Library are pleased to present Tegan Iversen.
Tegan Iversen has made a series of "tickets" from acrylic painting pieces of wood, each resembling actual tickets from various events she attended – gigs, movies, art exhibitions, etc. These works will be displayed in the glass cabinets outside of the Readings at State Library and will invite viewers to look up close and examine these small handmade artefacts that somehow depict the artist's life through places she's been and things that she's seen.
Tegan Iversen is a 25-year-old artist & illustrator. She creates cute, colourful & honest work inspired by her life. Tegan has a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Art (drawing) from the Victorian College of the Arts & currently co-runs feminist collective, F*EMS.
