Savannah is an intellectual property (IP) lawyer with experience in the protection, management, exploitation and enforcement of IP rights including trademarks, copyright and designs. She has a broad range of litigation experience which includes IP matters as well as disputes regarding the misuse of confidential information, defamation, passing off and misleading and deceptive conduct. Savannah has a special interest in assisting clients in design and creative industries, and her clients include fashion and footwear brand owners, designers and manufacturers.
Christine Danos, Senior Associate, K&L Gates
Christine is an intellectual property lawyer focusing on the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights for clients including trademarks, copyright and designs. She has a broad range of litigation experience representing clients in intellectual property disputes, including in proceedings concerning trade mark, design and copyright infringement, as well as misuse of confidential information, parallel importation, anti-counterfeiting, passing off and trade practices issues. She is also experienced in prosecuting and defending trade mark opposition proceedings before IP Australia and the Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand.
