Craft will mark World Refugee Day #WithRefugees with an open conversation about making, collaboration, and craft's intersection with community building, identity, and politics.
As part of Craft's Island Welcome exhibition, this evening will expand on ideas and experiences around the ways we can enact community and welcome through our craft and making practices. How does making bring people together? How can craft objects communicate within the political arena? Why is collaboration important to cross-cultural dialogue?
