Cosmos (Time Warp) is an investigation into the human perception of the ‘arrow of time’ and growth via an exploration of similarities in organic aesthetics across environments. Created intuitively, and entirely from salvaged materials, the evolution of the work mimics natural laws bound by chance. The created imagery fluctuates between micro and macro views of the natural world; from cellular to cosmic level. This merging reflects on humanities use of pattern recognition to perceive and understand the environments they occupy, impact upon and ultimately create.
