Window Walk | Stephanie Watt [Dorkus Designs] X Dirty Dozen
A vase-scape exhibiting Dorkus Designs signature bold minimalism. The collection of vivid acrylic sculptural vases emphasize both play & consideration. Waterless is an experimental project, with the multicolour forms diverse in size and silhouette. Designer, Stephanie Watt, blends her Industrial Design training & appreciation for craft to create these contemporary non-vessels. Combining laser cut parts with hand assembly results in a minimal interlocking system, allowing the material to strengthen when constructed. This colourful series will be accompanied by floral accents by florist & ceramist, Lucinda Florence.
This contemporary craft installation is hosted by Creative Spaces at the Dirty Dozen:
The Dirty Dozen in Campbell Arcade is one of Melbourne’s most intriguing exhibition spaces, located in an underground commuter walkway that runs from Flinders Street Station to Degraves Street.
