A free workshop to focus on your health as an artist or maker
Long hours, little money, working solo, or hunched over an easel or desk? Working as an artist or craftsperson can be hard on physical and mental health. This session presented by Samantha Moss (Mossfolk), Craft Victoria and the City of Casey invites you to reflect on how you make your art or craft, and whether you can make small changes to your everyday practice in order to live healthier and happier. This session invites you to be kind to yourself.
