Come and learn from leading contemporary sculptor and jewellery maker Kate Rohde! All materials will be provided and you will take home your own completed work at the end of the course.
In this workshop, Kate Rohde will share her vast experience for creating silicone moulds to cast resin to create sculpture and jewellery. Students will learn the essential skills for designing their own pieces in plasticine, and for making one and two part moulds to cast their own designs. Students will be using easy to handle, low odour, and fast setting materials for a quick and colourful result and learn the tools and techniques to refine the cast. All materials will be provided and you will take home your own completed work at the end of the course.
